• Multi-Generational Family Wellness Gathering (up to 15 family units, 90 min): $850–1,100 flat. Two-instructor team, four rotation stations, materials and takeaway tools for the whole family.

• Half-Day Staff Retreat / PD (adult teams up to 30, 3 hours): $1,500–2,250 flat. Two hands-on creative activities, team co-regulation opportunities, custom make-and-take regulation toolkits.

• Starting at $650 for a 3-hour solo-facilitated small event, scaling based on attendance, duration, and whether a second facilitator is needed.

Workshops, presentations, and keynotes are scoped individually based on length, audience size, and travel, so we can price it fairly for both sides.

We observe how your space is used, then put together a written list of tailored suggestions grounded in the brain-body needs of the people who spend time there. Ideas for layout, flow, and materials, with a sourcing list if new items are worth adding.

Hands-on redesign
We do the walkthrough, then rearrange furniture and place materials ourselves to bring the new layout to life. This is layout and design work, not structural or construction changes.
